Every
day since 1913, Dukes Memorial Hospital has been caring for the people of
Miami County. The dream of Captain Aaron Dukes, the building
first was put into use when the Wabash River overflowed its banks.
Sick and injured flood victims sought refuge and Dukes Hospital received
its first patients.
Today, Dukes Memorial Hospital
is a full-service, community hospital offering state-of-the-art technology
and medical care. Our deeply rooted commitment to caring for
people in need empowers us to continue building a health care delivery system
that serves you today. . . and tomorrow.
In 2004, Dukes Memorial became a member of the
Lutheran Health Network. The Lutheran Health Network is a regional
partnership of dynamic health care providers committed to quality,
innovative and compassionate care, emphasizing service, education and value
while respecting the dignity and ethics of the individual. Other
