Peru, Ind. (Dec. 28, 2011) – Dukes Memorial Hospital (DMH) has successfully completed their Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) licensure survey with zero citations. Three ISDH surveyors arrived on campus early Wednesday, December 14, 2011 to conduct the survey, which was completed on Thursday, December 15. The surveyors were very complimentary in their final remarks and asked DMH Administration to thank their staff on the surveyor's behalf. The surveyors also noted how impressed they were with the cleanliness of the entire facility, the organization of the managers and the willingness of all staff to participate in the survey process. "It is quite an honor to participate in a survey of this caliber and complete it with zero citations," stated Debra Close, CEO of Dukes Memorial Hospital, "We are extremely proud of all of our staff members for doing such a great job during the entire survey process."
